Hi
As an example I have the following table -
Fruit | Shop | Price |
Apple | a | 1 |
Banana | b | 2 |
Strawberry | c | 3 |
Lemon | a | 4 |
Melon | b | 5 |
What i would like to be able to do is have 2 expressions, one for the price of a fruit depending on the selection made (that's fine, i've got that expression), but the second expression I would like an average of the Shops where the selection comes from, so, I select apple and I get
Expression 1 - Sum Apple
Expression 2 - Average Shop a (Apple & Lemon)
Shop a hasn't been selected so how can I get that expression to work?
Thanks
Kev
This will avg all Prices, ignore Fruit selection, for Shops that are resulted in your selection.
Avg({<Fruit=, Shop=P(Shop) >} Price)
