‌dear all,

am quite new to Qlik Sense.

Struggle deriving from field 'Fiscal year/period'

(in format 2015009 ) the YEAR and MONTH as date.

Both date and date # don't work.

Someone who can help with syntax?

In 2015009 you have an extra null that you do not need. Try:

Date(Date#(LEFT([Fiscal year/period],4)&RIGHT([Fiscal year/period],2), 'YYYYMM'), 'MM.YYYY') AS [Fiscal year/period]
