Maps Error Message

I follow the instructions of the post

Using the Maps Chart Object - Points Maps - Part 1 - (video)

I do everything as in the video but, when I try to create the Map with my GeoKey, I got this message

"The action you are attempting cannot be applied to this visualization."

What I'm doing wrong?

Hello,

Have you checked your GeoKey values?

You can try to drag and drop the field to see if its format is correct.

If you have opened your *.csv using Excel or Libre Office Calc, it may have added extra points to the Latitude and Longitude (number format).
