Master Items and Null-Values

Hi all,

Is it possible to give the parameter to a Master Item excluding of null-values?

At the moment: Tick the box 'exclude null-values' in every dimension this Master Item is used.

Hi,

As I know there is no opportunity for this because the null value could be power. You can filter the dimensions with if conditions and after that exclude null values.

If there are no dimension names but there are other values for example a number and you use the bar chart, that will show the sum of the values whitout dimension name (attached pictures)

Ok, what a pity. Find it important to load the Null-Values, to have the power to control them, but want to be able to exlude them once in the Report-GUI, globally.

Is there the possibility to forwand a feature request to Qlik? When yes, where?

I totally agree with you, sometimes it could be very useful.

Maybe you should contact one of the admins of the qlik community or the official qlik support.

You can try to start a conversítion on the Qlik Branch https://www.qlik.com/us/products/analytics-development-platform. Lots of extensions are availabe there, so maybe someone will develop one you like.
