What i need is a count of the max date by colour....the date is a filter though
once that date is selected, I need another column stating the count for the day before the selected date
Any ideas?
Kev
might not have explained what I need to see. basically, a date filtered and from that I would want to see
Colour | Date (filtered) | Count of ID | Date (filtered Yesterdays Date) | Count of ID |
Green | 02/01/2019 | 2 | 01/01/2019 | 2 |
Blue | 02/01/2019 | 1 | 01/01/2019 | 1 |
Yellow | 02/01/2019 | 1 | 01/01/2019 | 1 |
My data example isn't the best but hopefully you get the idea
Hi Kev,
In you do this in the front-end, you can use:
Measure: Max(Date)
Dimension: Colour
And this for the day before
Date(Floor(Only(Date))-1),'DD/MM/YYYY')

Climber
thanks
i need a count too, so date doesn't need to appear but i need the count of ID's
Measure: Count(Colour)
if i just count colour then the date won't be taken into consideration
In a straight table, add date as dimension and measure as count(colour)
