What does the migration status in QMC-Apps mean?
Do I have to migrate the apps here manually if it says unmigrated?

Apps should be migrated automatically with the update. This could be a bug if you are using the September 2019 version. The easiest solution would be for you to use the "select all apps" feature within the QMC to start the migration process for all apps at once. You do not need to migrate each app manually.

I'm currently waiting to hear back from the developer in charge of the bug. I can get the details and proposed version for the solution to be released from him once he responds.
QB-38 is Fixed in November 2019 release.
