Mobile screen but actually on PC desktop

Dear all,

My customer have just completely installed the latest version of QlikSense Desktop 3.1 SR4. And, he open the program as normal on his PC desktop. However, the UI stuffs on report area appears too huge like open on a mobile screen but actually on PC desktop as attached image.

How could you fix this issue ?
