Modifying default themes

Hello!

I was wondering about changing the default theme for applying the background colors for specific objects, header colors for tables etc. As i looked over the net, i came up with the idea to change 'theme.json' files which is under the;

C:\Users\user_name\AppData\Local\Programs\Qlik\Sense\Client\assets\external\sense-themes-default

Bu when i change the even easier things like setting the background color for whole sheet, simply nothing changes. Is this prevented for last qlik releases? Because i see some people has achieved this before.

Btw i'm using April 2019 version.
