Multi-level pivot

Hello all. I am new to Qlik Sense and I need to create what has turned out to be a somewhat complicated table. I need to break down numbers of systems with different versions of software by region, then by business group, as shown in example. Can someone help me?

A simple pivot table isnt working ?  are these feilds in your data model ?

Yes, the fields are in my data model. When I do a simple pivot, I am only seeing one level of columns, even though I add them both. I'm not sure how to "stack" them.

Can you show in qlik how the pivot is looking like ?  

Did you also check the options in the presentation option - indented rows ?

Oh my goodness, this fixed my problem. It wasn't "indented rows," but I needed to click "fully expanded." I did not know where to look for this option, thank you so much!
