My Qlik Sense Production Hub is not working on .com but works fine on.net

I can connect to .net only when on my client network.

Check both (domain) URLs landing IPs.

My guess

".com" might be landing on more than one IPs, one of those destination proxy server might have settings related issue

&

".net" might land on a Proxy server where settings are ideal

Hello Mate,

You have not added your Devlopment Server(rim) in the load balancing column

Go to Virtual Proxies-> Edit Virtual Proxies -> Load Balancing here you need to add your server node of development(rim) and apply, now refresh the hub you will be able to see the hub screen.
