NPrinting PixelPerfect Date formats

I have a table containing dates in my NPrinting report, but the dates displays as numbers "44301", "44349", "44245" etc.

I've tried following advise from : https://community.qlik.com/t5/Qlik-NPrinting-Discussions/NP-17-3-PixelPerfect-and-Date-Format/m-p/13... but to no avail.

How do I format these fields to display the dates?

I've tried formating the string to DateTime but this just brings back the text "yyyy-MM-dd":

Can anyone please point me in the right direction?

Can anyone help with converting it back to date? Really struggling with this.
