Narrative science-Qlik Sense issue

Hi all,

We are on Qlik Sense Sept 2018 release and have a paid version of narrative science.

Since June 2018, we noticed that after we add Narrative science extension to a sheet and hit 'Link to chart'  option; the session freezes. In some cases, around 5 minutes of a white screen, then the dashboard is accessible again so that we can select one of the charts that is highlighted in blue.  Due to this we cannot use the extension. 

Any thoughts on what could be the issue?  Thank you!

I know that extension is working fine in QS november 2018. Try to update your QS version and try it again.

Thanks, Thiago! I will try it after the upgrade to Nov 2018 version.

Has it ever given you issues?  It started for us since the upgrade to June 2018 version.
