Need help on extension available wrt Container

Hello,

Can I know is there any extension where we can place a container in another container and have a export option too.

Actually we have many sheets in the dashboard so in a single sheet we have to place all the sheets ..So you are using a show/hide container so that it can update in the same available space when we click the related variable buttons.But the problem we are facing  is unable to export.
