Hi All,
I am trying to calculate FTE ( Full time employee) for a Physician how many patients assigned to him in a day.
Need to calculate FTE: Over capacity or Under capacity Nation wide.
For Example:
Actual is 10 and assigned is 8 then we are under capacity
Actual is 10 and assigned is 12 then we are over capacity -2.
Under count and Over count.
Load vs capacity report.
It checks if there is physician can handle in week is 10, capacity is 10 of doing visitings.
Assigning of 15 patients to a physician is Load.
If physician can handle 12 in a week, capacity is 12 of doing visitings.
Assigning of 10 or 12 patients to a physician in a week is Capacity.
Kindly suggest an Exact formula of FTE for comparing Load vs Capacity.
