With the new support portal on the community site - I am not seeing any link at all to the download site, the place where we go to download patches. Can this possibly be added? this is a vital part of the support portal and it should be a main link, easy to find. While logged in to the community site, there is no link i can find to the downloads site.
is the link hidden somewhere? Note, I have the URL, it just seems odd that there is no link at all to this from the community, since the community is the new support portal, too
also, this page https://help.qlik.com/en-US/downloads has steps for getting to the downloads page that are no longer valid. the options listed there on the qlik.com site, no longer exist and I do not see any options that can be picked to get to the downloads page from there, either.
there really should be a way to get to the downloads page from the community site. the old page, has been retired, and there is still no link to get to the downloads page from the community or from the support portal (which is on the community now) --- and i am getting an error while trying to get to the new page... I have logged a ticket with support, this reminds me of when the support portal was moved to the community - not at all a smooth transition, no notice given and it appears to be all all sorts of broken right now nearly a week after the transition *date shown in the pop up (2/28/2022)
