Not able to Create New user in Qliksense QMC

hi,

I already created new system user by going in Server manager in User Section..

after that i m going in Browser and Entering that New User name and Password.. After that i

Refresh the user Page in QMC .. But New user is not showing there.. Whats the Problem.. Kindly

help me in this.. I was Following the step given in Allocating-Access-Passes -En Pdf....

Strange. After you specify the new user credentials when you try to open the hub, these credentials should be available in the QMC- users.

create a connector to the user directory on the local server. and select the option to sync all users.
