Not able to apply background color for particular cells

Hi Team,

I am not able to apply back ground color to my pivot table as well as the bar chart ,

I have a primary header, sub header and tertiary list below the sub header. I have added those in drill down and have applied colors expression to it as per the target given. Now the problem is the color code works fine for the Tertiary list but randomly gets applied for the sub header , though the sub header got the values meeting the target. Am not sure why this is happening, it would be great if someone could assist.

Tx Ajay for asking, I found a way to apply the same, I got it by inversing the conditions.
