Not able to create connection in NPrinting:Error in Cache Status

Hi,

I am using Nprinting 17.2.0 to generate reports, with qliksense 3.0.1

I have created App (Name of App TestingApp)  and then i tried creating connection in Nprinting (TestingSampleApp).

Here it gives 'Connection status' is ok  but for Cache status it gives me error as shown in below image.

After waiting for so much of time Cache status was not filled, so on reloading of metadata in action button i get above error.

How could i solve this?PLease help me on this
