Nprinting reports are running forever and not generated

Hi,

The Nprinting reports on Qliksense which should be be completed in 2-3 min are running forever like >1 day.

Can someone please help on this.

Hi,

I suggest you to post this kind of questions in the Qlik NPrinting community to have more provability that somebody can help you.

Second we need more information. Generation time depends on lot of causes. What versions of Qlik Sense and Qlik NPrinting are you using? Before to proceed please upgrade Qlik NPrinting to latest available that is Semptember 2018.

Give a check at the help site page about performances https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/September2018/Content/NPrinting/DeployingQVNprinting/Performan....

Check the workload of both Qlik NPrinting and Qlik Sense Servers during report generation.

Hi,

i've worked with QlikView Reports until now but, hopefully, the issues are the same.

Please check if the engine is online. go to admin -> engine manager and check the status. 

Also run a verification on your connection. see if everything is ok.
