ODBC from LIB

Hi all,

Is there possible to connect via ODBC from a LIB i QlikSense.

I have a LIB that conatains QVD files, and a customer wants to read data from my LIB from another instance of Qliksense server.

Doable via ODBC?

Hi @johnan ,

It is not possible to read LIB connection via ODBC connection.

In another instance, they need to create another lib connection to access the QVD files

Do you mean they can create a LIB on their Qlik and point to our Qlik Lib via url or IP?

Hi @johnan 

You need to access the QVD files separately on both instances if the servers are independent.

Maintain a common QVD folder for both instances.
