You need to be sure you have installed/configured the OLE DB driver on the server, that would be my best hunch as to where things are going wrong, the only other thing that comes to mind is ensuring the service account running the Qlik services is allowed access to things in the DB too. Hopefully one of those two may be the underlying issue.
