Odbc does not appear when creating a new connection

Other connections are not opened. Only the folder connection. Please help me.

What is the role assigned to ID?

The odbc is just an example. I know how to connect. My problem is that only the folder link appears. Other links do not appear.

Dear Seydi,

   You need to check the default security rules. By default, rootadmin has the power to create connections for any data source type.

   Take a look on this rule and compare with the default atributes:
