Our company is currently using the Nov17 build of Qlik Sense (Company will not upgrade until next year). Within the QMC there is an option to turn on "on-demand" functionality, however, I'ts either incomplete as a feature or I simply can't figure it out the setup myself. I've read ALL of the associating literature and videos provided by Qlik and none of them create a working model. If anyone can point me in the right direction I'd be much appreciative. Currently I'm exploring building a separate .NET app to query for just the selected fields/measures from our very large database and return a corresponding table. Is there a better solution?
