Operations Monitor Refresh Failure

Hello,

We just upgraded our Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows environment to May 2021 Patch 4 last week. I am now receiving an error message when attempting to reload data in the Operations Monitor app:

"The following error occurred:

Connection 'monitor_apps_REST_user_condensed' not found.

The error occurred here:

LIB CONNECT TO 'monitor_apps_REST_user_condensed'"

Is anyone else encountering this issue? How do we resolve?

Hi @Susan_DS 

Are you trying to reload the app manually from the hub? It looks like you don't have access to the connection, have you tried to create a security rule that gives you access to all the connections ??

Thanks for the links. I searched for the error message in Qlik Community before posting my question, and also in the help materials. Haven't found a reference to this error message yet.
