Oracle table update from qlik sense report

I have a report which shows some result sets and it should not come for the next run of the report.
And when I am taking the report for the first time , the data came has to be updated with some flags .

So that it won't come in next run.Can we do this in database from qlik sense ?(Updating database table from Qlik sense)

Please help me.

Not without extensions and even then I doubt it.

Qlik is a visualization tool not a data entry tool.
