So I have a date of complaint and then three milestones that have to be met, number of days that this milestone must be met is different for each customer.
I would like to be able to see that if the number of days that the milestone must be completed by is exceeded than the milestone is over due. Can someone help me? I have added some example data. I also created look up tables that say how many days each customer requires, because it is different for each customer for each milestone.
