Pivot Export to PDF issue at access point

Hi All,

I am facing one issue at one of my client,

Pivot data not able to export on access point, No error nothing showing.. what shud be done?

Try may be the IE plugin .

tried on different browsers..but no luck.. excel export working properly

even with the plugin ? it works on Desktop ?

I have faced this kind of issue on a pivot table when there is a lot of data .I have figured out this point by using the plugin IE .you can test that by reducing the number of lines .

Check up also if excel download is allowed on your document (on document properties on server).

where in document properties on server? what is the path?
