Pivot Table - Change Background Color Depending on Group Average

I have a pivot table with "Pay Period End Date" as rows and I have the type of labor as columns along with the amount. I have included fictitious and a small data set below. If the cell is greater than the TOTAL column average, highlight it a certain color. If the cell is less than the TOTAL column average, highlight it a different color.

Dimension: Pay Period End Date

Measure:s Hours Type

                      Amount

 RegularOvertime
Pay Period End DateAvg. HoursAvg. AmountAvg. HourAvg. Amount
Totals38$4,7503$300
2019-06-0140$5,0005$500
2019-06-1536$4,5001$100

What should my expression be based on the dimension and measures I am using? Any guidance or assistance would be greatly appreciated!

I modified the data set slightly so it's more evident.
