Pivot table custom totals? multiple row header? how to?

Hello!

I got a task of creating a custom report for our dudes.

I did some of it, but i faced some difficulties and would like to ask for some advice/help.

They want to get something like example.xlsx

I decided to use a pivot table for this. Currently i got this:

so i got some questions:

Can i put names of the dimensions right on top of the dimension column?

Can i create a header like in the example? (parent header for columns 5,6 and 7,8)

Can i create totals like in the example? or should i add another measure?

I don't think that you'll be able to achieve those things with built in Qlik functionality, but you might have more luck with an extension, maybe check out what is on Qlik Branch.
