By finding the achievement rate with Sum ([Sales Results]) / Sum ([Target Value]),

Furthermore 100% or more, 80% to 99%, 70% or less of

It would be greatly appreciated if you could tell me how to narrow down the conditions.

Do you mean this?

If(Num(Sum ([Sales Results]) / Sum ([Target Value]), '#,#0%') < 0.7, '70% or less of',

If(Num(Sum ([Sales Results]) / Sum ([Target Value]), '#,#0%') > 0.8 and Num(Sum ([Sales Results]) / Sum ([Target Value]), '#,#0%') < 0.9, '80% to 99%', '100% or more')))

I am thinking bit advanced, from below statement he want to use as % level

Furthermore 100% or more, 80% to 99%, 70% or less of

Sometimes, 200/100 returns 2 only but =Num(200/100, '###0%') returns 200% which is equivalent to total and create more insights. (Correct me if i am wrong)
