Preço Anterior (Previous Price)

Olá,

Caso não tenha valor no mês atual, preciso que ele me retorne o valor do mês anterior.

Estou usando o Mês e valor como coluna e na linha o Código do Material.

Medida: Sum(Valor)/Sum(Quantidade)

Alguém consegue me ajudar?
