Printing from Cloud (SaaS)

We have deployed a few models to the cloud.  However we cannot get a entire report to download to a PDF.  Works fine in excel.  Is anyone else experiencing this issue?  We are on September 2020 release.

Hello @tmumaw are you using SaaS or Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows as I see you mention SaaS in the title and then September 2020 release. In any case, what is exactly the issue you are getting? Are you trying to print to PDF an entire sheet and then you get missing objects? Any error message?

We are running QlikSense Enterprise publishing to the cloud.  When my users go into either print a report or send to a PDF the only thing they get is the first page, when there are maybe 10 pages.  Thanks for your help.

Hello @tmumaw I cannot say why this could be happening as I have no access to the app so I cannot test it unfortunately.

I would the please suggest to open a case to Support Team so we can investigate it further.
