Problem opening Qlik Sense Desktop

Hello,

I have problems starting Qlik Sense Desktop. Two error messages are shown: QlikSenseBrowser doesn’t work; Qlik.Printing.Service doesn’t work. For both messages, I have only the option to close the program. I am working on a Windows 10, 64bit, disk-space 333 GB, RAM: 12 GB


Would be really great if someone could help me!
