Problem with filtering date by year

I created filter year(Date) that should filter down all the relevant year, but if selected 2019 the dates 2018 are still available.

Does anyone has an idea what might be the reason?

The only thing I can think of is that you have another column in that table with an expression that causes the result you see. I can't reproduce this with a table with only the first two columns of your table.

What are the measure in the other columns? Have for example you put in a measure that ignores various filter selections
