I am trying to get a copy of the security rules from the qlik sense API by using the API call I found on the qlik site:

However, whenever I send the request I do not get a response back, not even a Timed Out Error, despite having error catches on every step. I know my credentials and certificates are correct because I already make an API call to the QRS before this one.
If anyone has experience with this call or another work around to get the security rules it would be much appreciated!
