QS Repository Services dont start after installation

Hey guys

My repository services dont start after installation.  Only the Repository Database is running. 

I have tried :

     1)  Uninstalling QS completely and installing again

     2)  Deleting all database files

     3)  Changing the accounts to run the services

Below is the msg that i get when i try to start the service manually...
