I can't post a question in the nprinting section for some reason so apologies for posting here.
I have a couple of reports running from nprinting and emailing to a couple of people.
Nothing fancy, just xls 1 row report with a 5 or 6 columns of data.
1 of the reports doesnt run however and always fails. If I open nprinting though and manually run it it runs no problem.
I've been searching for reasons why and discovered you can maintain logs so I set up the logging yesterday and this morning I can see the logs for the failed task but it doesnt give me any information on why the auto generation fails.
Has anyone got any ideas? Or if you need more information, guide me on where to look for it?
