Hi everyone,
Our customers need an encrypted connection to Microsoft SQL sever.
We have installed a certificate in the SQL Server DB side and also have the same certificate which was installed on the Qlik sense server on <Root CA certificate> location.
So when I create Microsoft SQL sever connection, i have checked <Encrypt> option, the follow <CA Certificate> need me to input the full path of the CA Certificate.
So i have put < C:\BackUpCert\test.cer > in this text area, and this certificate has been installed in root <Root CA certificate> location.
Then when I chose to test the connection, I received this message
I do n’t really understand this problem. First of all, the certificate has been installed in Root path. I passed the test with SQL management studio and it works. Secondly, there is no problem with the certificate path.
Does anyone have the same problem or have an solutions?
Thanks for any help.
