Qlik SaaS | App stuck at saving

Hi Everyone,

I have a Qlik sense app that loads about 60-70M records (from a QVD) and finishes the load in 15 minutes and shows saving the app in data load progress. Then it stays in the same state for 15-20 minutes and gives unknown  error and the data load fails. And the same data load works fine and completed in under 15 minutes sometimes. Not sure what is causing the issue. I checked the reload when no other tasks were running and got the same issue

As logs are not available in Qlik SaaS , is there anyway to troubleshoot this?

I suggest you to submit a Ticket through Qlik Support Services and Resource, as a customer you are entitled to these services

I am aware of some issues happening with the Sep-2020 version of QlikSense, but the Qlik Support team are better prepare to diagnostic your problem, just prepare yourself with the process when they contact you, you should be able to share details of your environment, server workload, times when you experience the issue, your version of Qlik, some of the errors logs you get when the process fails; the important thing for them (and for you) is they can duplicate the error.
