Qlik SaaS scheduled reload not working

Hi Everyone, 

I am facing this issue with scheduled reloads for one app.
I scheduled the reload to run everyday , but it does not run on its own. All other apps are working fine , only this app is causing issues. 
Manual reload works fine , so there is no issue with the load script.
Also I don't event get failed notification for this reload (enabled alert already).

Any idea/suggestions what's causing this issue?

Hi Make sure that your dashboard script is proper and doesn't have any errors.

It seems that the reload has failed.

Hi @kaushiknsolanki ,

the same script runs fine when I manually reload the data. Also if the reload fails I get a notification/alert.

In this case Qlik does not execute the scheduled reload for some reason.

In that case, I would suggest you raise it with Qlik Support.
