Qlik Sense - 100% Stack Bar Chart for multiple Dimensions and one Dimension contains the condition.

Hello Experts,

I am working on a scenario where I have to generate 100% stack Bar chart.

I have 2 dimension:

1. City - Conditional Dimension where : If(Value>0,city)

2. Flag - Yes / No

Measure : 

Sum(value)/SUM(TOTAL <city> value)

This is not fetching me the correct 100% stack bar chart. 

Requesting your help on the same.
