I have installed Qlik Sense Android app and Added My QS Server using Client Authentication link from mobile browser. But, when using my credentials I am getting Error "Server Log in Attempt Failed"
Am I missing some step??

I suspect there might be a reverse proxy in the middle: @Shahzad_Ahsan can you please verify that? If so, the last bullet point here might help.
Otherwise, I would suggest that you open a Support case, either with your responsible partner (if you have one) or with Qlik Support (if you are entitled to direct support).
Please, provide a clear description and collect the logs from both QSM and the Server:

I raised a ticket on Qlik Support. As they are saying , Qlik Sense for Android is a beta version and they don't provide support unless the final release.
I am looking the case, and the support agent is helping you, yes they provide at some point the BETA version of the app is not supported, but they have clarify that you are not using that. Also, can you clarify what version of Qlik Sense are you using?

I am using Nov-2018 Qlik Sense Server
Android App version is Feb-2019
The problem is still there.
