We installed QS June 2017 Patch 01 and Initial Release but we can login. Until 3.1 SR 6, they don't prompt authentication and we don't any issue to authenticate.

This is new. You now have to authenticate to use the Desktop version. If you had Enterprise then you could authenticate against that by setting this up in the QMC and then clicking on the lower option.
If you already have an account created on the Qlik site then you can click on the top choice and then enter your login and password. If you have not created one yet then you need to click on Register and create one first.
A login is now required.
Have you tried to use your login and password on the Qlik site itself. Or the Qlik community.
They all use the same login.
Do you need to reset the password?
If you can login with your credentials on https://community.qlik.com/welcome then you must get login into Qlik Sense desktop with same credentials.
Please check this , if you can't login, make a password, reset or create a new account and make sure when you are trying to login, internet is working on your machine.

When I click in "Login" button I expected entry my user/password, however appears failed message. I reset my pass and create a new user but I cann't entry my user.
Is possible that issue is related with a blocked port? Related with firewall or antivirus?
