Qlik Sense Desktop Unlock

Hi, I can't seem to find the Qlik Sense Desktop Unlock file beyond November 11th.

I contacted branch.admin and they did not answer.

Are you experiencing this too?

According to your screenshot, I only have option 2. I thought there was no need to have a trial file because of link authentication. 
I downloaded QSD from qlik cloud (version feb 2021), and then I got the trial file "https://developer.qlik.com/qsd". When I open QSD and click Launch button, it closes!

Whats is your QSD version? Where did you get it?

I don't read that language, it seems to say that it did not authenticate with Qlik Sense Enterprise or Qlik Sense Business? it seems you already click on the "iniciar" button, if you haven't please do, as it is my option 1 in my previous reply.

The message tells me that you properly installed the trial file, so my question is "What version of Qlik Sense Desktop have you install? "
