Qlik Sense Desktop can not use insight

Hi,

I found some issue about insight feature. after i loaded data into qvf file and create some content (KPI, and Bar) but not have any master item. i tried to use insight, but can not .  it was show this message "Unable to generate insights Please try again later."

What version of Qliksense desktop are you using?
Because I have used insight advisor in desktop.

i always found that page at least in version Feb2019 so that i found in someone not everyone

what should i do?
