Qlik Sense Desktop not initialize after log in

Hello everyone,

I'm having throuble on starting and using Qlik Sense.

After loggin into Qlik Sense desktop with my QlikID, the HUB looks like this:

As you can see in the top left corner my account name is not displayed. If I want to create an app or load an existing one I get "Access denied".

I think this happens because Qlik is not able to acquire the account settings.

What can i do?

My Qlik Sense version is June 2018.

I can see your name isn't there, but it is on mine.

Can you try and click the icon and then log out and log in again?

Haven't seen that before...

Hello, thank's for the reply,

I have tried but it didn't work.. I have tried also to run it as Administrator..

When I click I get this:

Is there a possible log that is run during startup? Or can I open the Qlik Sense Hub Desktop in my browser to see any log?
