Qlik Sense Desktop

Hi,

 

I have been using Qlik Sense desktop as normal, however today when i have logged in it has opened Qlik Sense Cloud.

Is this happening for all users, using the Qlik Sense Desktop client?

Hi @gary3101

Yes this is a known issue we're having and Qlik Support are working with our R&D team to solve this bug as soon as possible. 

As a temporary workaround you can try starting your software without any internet connections (like "Flight mode"). That should open the Qlik Sense Desktop the way it should.

1) disconect from the internet
2) run Qlik Sense Desktop
3) it wil tell you "The engine could not be unlocked. Please retry."
4) press retry once
5) connect to network
6) press retry again, if you do not see Hub, but error message press F5

Seems to be working fine now.
