Qlik Sense - Export to image / PDF failed: Error occurred during export please try again

Hi All,

I face an issue while trying to export any chart to PDF/image, the error message as below:

Error occurred during export please try again

however, I can download the data as excel for the chart.

can you please help with that issue?

Hi Hamdah,

is it on Qlik Cloud or on a Client Managed version of Qlik Sense? If so, which? Desktop or Enterprise version? Which release?
Is it just you affected or also other users in the company? Does the issue happen on one app or all of them?
