Qlik Sense Innovative Ideas

I am new to Qlik Sense .

We are transitioning from one system to another system . We are in Retail business having both type of customer like wholesale/retail customers .

E.g. Transition From Old Outdated "System A" to New "System B" and trying to stabilize the system B .

What kind of Dashboard/Reports/any Innnovative ideas  ?

That is hard to suggest, i would normally be asking the business.

What questions do we need answering?

What information from my data would be useful and i can't do know?

Most deployments are unique to the client and in my opinion is the best point of Qlik

Concur with mark. Without knowing more about your users hard to suggest anything.

adding to marks list

Identify different levels of users - Finance, Operations, Higher management etc. (this would typically mean different apps for each team)

Identify what key metrics these users are looking at. Dont go to users with a pre built dashboard. Ask what they are looking for , .

Identify how they use the metrics e.g. what analysis they do  compare between regions, time series, current year to previous, sales vs targets etc.
