Qlik Sense Installation error

Hi,

Im facing an installation error and its getting rolled back.

im using 64bit windows 7.

attaching the logs as well

all previous versions i have uninstalled now.

only running qv 11.2 desktop and qv next server beta 0.95 in the system.

pls suggest

I did had a look to this thread but no luck.

i do not have any shared disk all the errors mentioned doesnt seems to qualify here.

I would try uninstalling qv.next beta and then retry installing qlik sense.

Im good tresesco.

Long time huh!!

I do not want to uninstall qv next. I got it installed with much difficulty though.

Also the documentation says they both can co-exist.

Please uninstall the QV Next beta as this was the previus Version of QlikSense wich could co-exist with QlikView

Do you have the .NET system requirements (4.5) installed?

Do you have any kind of database software installed?

But the qv next server version i have it and not the desktop. Desktop version is already uninstalled.

Yes Erik i have the .net 4.5.1 installed. That i  believe is required for qv 11.2 also.

I have no database installed.

Hi Jatin,

The DemoApps log reads at some point:

MSI (s) (EC:64) [11:46:14:011]: Product: QlikView DemoApps -- Error 1309. Error reading from file: C:\Users\3844\Google Drive\Documents\Qlik\QlikView\Apps\Equity Sales Analysis.qvf. System error 5. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it.

Can you please check that that folder exists and that you have access to it?
